Douglas lake house is extremely beautiful. The host provided amenities that are of quality and exceeded the expected basic necessities.

This was probably the best airbnb/vrbo/etc that we have stayed in in terms of the accommodations and how everything was stocked and supplied. The management company made things very easy although more impersonal than I’m used to. However!!…..that didn’t matter at all. This was an absolutely wonderful spring break getaway. Specific notes - not warm weather so I can’t speak to things like swimming or kayaking. The beds and pillows and linens were very very comfortable. The shower was awesome (except for water pressure but I don’t really care about that) and the water is not too great for drinking I guess but they supply a giant filtered/distilled water thing there so it was great. Keurig was supplied as well as a ton of fun games, puzzles, cozy blankets, dog crate, leash, fire stick things (marshmallows) … just everything was so great. Stay here if you’re thinking of this one!
