Patrick's house is as described and really lends itself to a large or extended family with plenty of communal living space and also enough space for people to have their privacy if desired .Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and spacious too. It is a 10 minute drive to Tramore with plenty of things to do for all the family including visiting nearby Dunmore East and Waterford City. The house was cosy with an open fire adding a lovely homely feel over the Christmas/New Year period. Patrick kindly left us fuel for our first night along with a generous hamper of goodies and supplies to settle us in. The house has a nice bright aspect and boasts lovely views of Tramore, the Race Course and the sea. We had a super week and would love to visit again in the future.

Great house for a stay with an extended family, lots of room for adults and kids, the house is very well equipped with everything required and even a lovely hamper to welcome and start off our stay, perfect location between Waterford and Tramore.

The house is huge, together with a large garden, it was perfect for our group of 7 which included 3 young boys. Plenty of rooms downstairs for separate activities/quiet time. Kitchen and utility room were very well equipped. Boys loved the Jacuzzi. We appreciated the lovely welcome basket full of goodies as well as the bowl with fresh fruit. It was nice to meet Patrick the host - friendly and a great communicator answering our questions.

Great house for a big group, loads of space with quiet places if you want. Lovely views in an isolated location, convenient to drive into Tramore and Waterford city. Patrick responded to messages very quickly and left us a lovely basket of treats. Well equipped kitchen and Netflix were appreciated.

Lovely house, felt very much welcomed to the house with some essentials in place to enjoy. The house is in a beautiful peaceful setting stunning views, lots of space, very clean. We were all very happy to stay there. Close to the beach. Great home for a large family. Would highly recommend.
