Unacceptably dirty, and ants. Host is pleasant and responsive, but this place needs to level up for the price.

Unfortunately water went for the only full day we had which delayed bathing, eating and many other activities (basically everything). There weren’t any pumps to put on because it looked like there was limited tanks on the compound to share amongst five apartments which is crazy (only saw one) as well as no back up bottles to use in the event it could of went which it did and only came back 2am the next day which was the day we left. We did however get a few bottles of water around 12am after already going the whole day without which couldn’t do anything really because it wasn’t enough to bathe anyone or wash dishes etc. Upon arrival, we did have to wait since an electrician was doing work in one of the rooms as well as one of the ac in the rooms wasn’t working so a whole night went without it and the h/c water wasn’t working in two bathrooms as well as a light switch in one which thankfully the host changed for us. It would be appreciated if the host would control her guest or talk to them when complaints are made as we were constantly harassed by them on the compound as they were constantly showing up by our door asking for food and drinks as well as being in the pool wee hours in the morning (3am) making noise and nothing was done. However we got a complaint from the host just because for a certain instance we laughed too loud and apparently it woke them up but the same energy wasn’t returned to the other group when they were carrying on with their mischief. They also used the jacuzzi as a bath when water went so we weren’t able to use it the next day because it was dirty and had soap left back from them when they used it to bathe and then washed off in the pool (all this was reported and we were told nothing can be done and they can’t control the other guest which was very unprofessional). Also there weren’t any extras provided like towels, soap, blankets and so forth as mentioned so make sure those things are packed before coming. Also we had an instance where they were a lot of cock roaches and spiders in one of the rooms so please check before you lay down on the beds and stuff.

Had a great birthday getaway in the midst of all that's currently taking place. We did self check in and it was smooth, the place defines home away from home. Some maintenance could be done, but overall a good experience.

Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Some of the bathrooms and the pool area could benefit from some sprucing up. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating with our request for a late checkout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable for the duration.
