We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The location is perfect: swim in the sea from the back garden; a short drive to the ancient theatre; a short swim/snorkel round the bay to the amazing sunken city and 10-15 minutes’ walk to tavernas, bakeries and supermarkets. We’d love to return one day!

Our expectations from the description and other positive reviews weren't met. Most importantly, we found that the house was semi-detached and that the porch towards the ocean was share with the neighbors and only separated by a bamboo fence. The neighbors had small kids that played around. This is of course fine, but when you don't expect to have (somewhat noisy) kids 2-4 meters from where sit and watch the ocean, we found that to be a huge drawback. It didn't help things that the neighbors also had a dog that was barking continuously. The ocean is at the end of the garden. There is no beach and you access the water by some dirt steps. The bottom is stony. Visibility was poor due to waves. My daughter wanted to get in the water, so we did. While walking out, she got pain in her foot and it turned out she stepped on a sea urchin. We spoke to the other neighbor who said there was plenty of them. We found it very unfortunate that the host didn't inform us at check in. He was there in-person and could see we travelled with kids. We went to the local doctor and he was able to remove some of the thorns. With the things mentioned we wouldn't enjoy staying the 3 nights we booked. We agreed with the host to get a refund for the last two nights and found another place.

We were two families staying at Alexandros home. The house is new and has everything a family needs, fully equipped. The location is super, nice sea view, big garden and immediate access to the sea. Although the sea is a bit rocky and does not have a big beach for children to play, it is great for a short afternoon or morning swim. the city center is only 15 minutes walking and this was great for going out with little children. please note that the bedrooms and one bathroom is at the first floor so keep in mind that there are stairs inside the house in case you have little children. The location is great but the garden could be better. Thank you Alexandre we will consider coming again!

Perfect place by the sea. Walking distance from restaurant/caffe and the small theater of Epidavros. Well equipped, modern house ideal for a family or a small group of friends. It was our second time staying there and we will return for sure. Alexandros made us feel like we were on our own private beach house.
