Had two guests instructions said if their were problems contact Jean, did he said to go to third floor for towels. Had two guest, one hand towel one washcloth for two nights. Told him about the bathtub drainage issue he said it was fine. You take a shower with dirty water because there is a problem with the draining of the water.

Honestly had no idea what to expect from the listing, but took a chance on a last minute booking here and we were pleasantly surprised! A hotel room in a hotel that is converted into a studio. The room didn’t look exactly like the photos, but we had no issues with that. 10 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes from downtown (we were in town for a Magic game). Checked a lot of boxes that we needed. I will note that the bed isn’t too comfortable. It’s not the worst bed you’ll sleep on, but it got the job done. The AC was loud too. Woke us up a few times when it restarted its cycle. We’re also light sleepers. Host communicated very well. Clear check in and check out instructions. I was surprised the check out instructions were that brief, just take out the trash. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and will book again next time we stay in Orlando.

Convenient location within walking distance to Universal Studios. Jean’s place was exactly as seen in the photos.
