Chelsea is a little hidden gem, conveniently located in just North of Boston, on the other side of the harbor.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE- Chelsea is right outside of Boston, not directly in the city, but extremely close to everything, Less than 10 minutes away by commuter rail (train), bus, or car..... If you are looking to stay in proper Boston, this is not your place. But if you want more local feel rich with history and easy, convenient quick access into the city. This is a perfect fit.
-Mass General Hospital - 4.2 miles (11 minutes)
-Boston - 3 miles (7 minutes)
-Logan airport - 2.0 miles (7 minutes)
-TD Garden - 2. 8 miles (8 minutes)
-Downtown Boston - 3.2 miles (11 minutes)
-Encore Casino - 1.7 miles (5 minutes)
-Faneuil Hall/Aquarium/South station/Seaport - 3.9 miles (8 minutes)
-North End/North End - 2.9 miles (7 minutes)
-Back Bay, Assembly Row, Cambridge (MIT/Harvard) Charles River/by T- Train, (the commuter rail), uber, or bus.

All just enough for this tiny city. The apt can't be in a safer area, it's literally next door to the police station and is a few blocks from the waterfront, take a leisurely stroll to view the Boston skyline.

There is plenty of (options) public transportation all within walking distance, 10 minutes or less.
TRAIN:
COMMUTER RAIL - 10 minutes walk from the house. This train, PURPLE line, takes only minutes to get you into the city to North station TD Garden, North End and connects you to other trains to get around the city. It's also a great way to go Further North (30 -45 minutes) to Rockport, Salem, or Gloucester.
BUSES:
111 - Within a 3-minute walk. It takes you right over the Tobin Bridge to Haymarket train stations where you can get the train, ORANGE, and GREEN line, which takes you all over the city or other train lines. Haymarket is a 5-minute walk to the famous NORTH END.
SILVER LINE - 10 minutes walk. This high-speed bus takes you right to the airport or SOUTH STATION by the new active SEAPORT area, lots of dining drinks and nightlife as well as the Children's Museum and the aquarium.
117 - Literally, at the end of my street to the left, at Williams and Pearl. This bus takes you into EAST BOSTON, where there are all kinds of restaurants to enjoy. It also takes you to MAVERICK STATION, BLUE line goes into Boston by the aquarium or to the North to Revere Beach and where you can enjoy the local's favorite the LOBSTER ROLL at the famous KELLY'S ROAST BEEF. My favorite dish: fried clams with extra tartare sauce, it's all about the tartare sauce! Locals eat it with the french fries! Try it, it's soo good.
My street is a tiny street, almost like an alley, it's sometimes missed by Uber so, I always keep an eye on the app then call them when they are close to letting them know, that tiny street between the other two streets is the one they need to take. Or just meet them at the top of the street. Hope this helps.
