Really enjoyed our stay; felt like our own place. Great location, easy drive to Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. Lots of eateries nearby too. Easy check in/out also.

For what I paid, it was worth it. The place was clean. The one bed did squeak quite a bit at first but some minor adjustments seemed to help. A/C was only in the living room. There was something that looked like a portable a/c in the bedroom but seemed to be more a dehumidifier. Had to empty it every day. The kitchen worked fine even with no oven. It was right on a main street but things quieted down quickly in the evening. Would come back again.

We were so happy to have a nice quiet and clean place to stay ojnour road trip. It's conveniently located near Safeway which made it easy to purchase groceries to make a quick dinner. We had a great view of the valley and the many fireworks being set off for the 4th. The area is well lit and surprisingly very quiet for being located in the city. We comfortably slept and continued our trip the next day. Thomas was a great host. He was very proactive about communicating check-in and check-out procedures ahead of time. He also sent some timely reminders. Would definitely stay here again!

The only main reason we stayed at the apartment was to visit Mt. Rushmore which is 22 min away drive. The other bed I used squeaks when I moved. The sofa needs to be reupholstered. It looks like it had served enough. There is no oven just a couple of electric stove burners. The unit doesn’t have washer and dryer. They are all downstairs and coin-operated. The host was responsive. Overall, it was an OK experience.
