Welcome to the beautiful Black Hills! This tastefully decorated “Rushmore”loft is on the 2nd story overlooking downtown Rapid City. If you are looking for a luxurious stay while being centrally located to everything this is the place to stay! This property is not pet friendly. We love pets but unfortunately, because of this property’s awesome location there is no place for them to go to the bathroom or be let out. *No Smoking Allowed on Property* Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, flat screen tv, cabinet, full size mirror, walk in closet and a private bath. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, full size mirror Living Room/Kitchen: Large Flat Screen TV’s with Hulu Live, Disney+, ESPN, couch, island with stools, poker table. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, full size oven/stove top, microwave, of course coffee maker and basic cooking essentials. Parking: The parking for this loft is directly in front of the building, downtown. Half of the parking spots are free for 2 hour parking and 4 metered parking spots. If you use the metered parking, you can swipe your card for a $1 an hour. We recommend downloading the Park Smarter Mobile App. By using the app, you can manage your meter from your phone. Check in/Check out: Our check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am sharp unless approved by one of us in advance. We will send you your check in info with the door code and parking directions the morning of your check in. Fun things to do at the property: -You are DOWNTOWN! Shop, Dine and unwind!Great restaurant, bars and shopping are within blocks of your location, some are across the street and some are blocks away depending on what you are looking for. -Murphy’s Pub and Grill across the street. -Essence of Coffee is literally next door. -Vanbachs Women’s Boutique right below your loft. -Seeleys Men Store right below loft as well. Amenities: -Large Flat Screen TV’s with HULU LIVE, Disney+, ESPN -Highspeed wireless internet. We currently have the highest speed that Vast sells, which is advertised as 1 GB/sec. Like all technology sometimes it’s amazing and sometimes it’s slow. -Coffee and creamer are provided for your enjoyment. -Shampoo, Conditioner, and Bodywash in the shower -Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Washcloths -TP, Paper Towels, Cleaning Products (Vacuum, Broom, Disinfectant Spray, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and more.) -Kitchen has set of dishes along with a sauce pan, skillet, strainer, cutting board, and mixing bowls. Most importantly we have Coffee Mugs and Wine Glasses. -Fridge, Microwave, Washer and Dryer in every unit. -Dedicated Gas Furnace and Central AC Property Rules: -This property is not pet friendly. We love pets but unfortunately, because of this property’s awesome location there is no place for them to go to the bathroom or be let out. As such we are not set up to clean after animals either. Any animals that are brought to the property will have a minimum of a $50 fee on their owner’s bill. -No Smoking or Vaping of any substances inside the building or porch. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay with potentially more as the cleaners wipe down walls.
