Welcome to the Black Hills! Treat yourself and stay in our modern high-end “Hay Camp” loft. This property is located across the street from Murphy’s Bar and is in the heart of Rapid City downtown. One of the best places in town to stay. Local coffee shops, pubs and restaurants are walkable. This property is not pet friendly. We love pets, unfortunately, because of this property’s awesome location there is no place for them to go to the bathroom or to be let out. *No Smoking Allowed on Property* When you enter the loft, you are first greeted by 100-year-old wood floors and beams that showcase the property’s original character. It then flows into a modern kitchen and large living room. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The master is extremely spacious with an oversized walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own bathroom as well! Every detail was thought of such as, there is a built in Sonos sound system that has incredible sound, high-end washer/dryer, concrete and so much more. This unit is truly one of a kind. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed, dresser, tv, and a private bath Bedroom 2: King size bed, desk, closet, tv, and a private bath Living Room/Kitchen: Large Flat Screen TV’s with HULU Live, Disney+, ESPN, 2 couches, island with 4 barstools. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, full size oven/stove top, microwave, of course coffee maker and basic cooking essentials. Parking: The parking for this loft is directly in front of the building, downtown. Half of the parking stops are free for 2 hour parking and and half are metered parking. If you use the metered parking, you can swipe your card for a $1 an hour. We recommend downloading the Park Smarter App. By using the app, you can manage your meter from your phone. Check in/ Check out: Our check in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am sharp unless approved by one of us in advance. We will send you your check-in info with the door code and parking directions the morning of your check-in. Fun things to do at the property: -You are DOWNTOWN! Shop, dine and unwind! Great restaurants, bars and shopping within blocks of your location. Some are across the street and some are blocks depending on what you are looking for. -Essence of Coffee is literally next door. - Murphy’s Bar across the street. -Vanbachs Women’s store below your loft. -Seeleys Men store below your loft as well. Amenities: -Large Flat Screen TV’s with HULU Live, Disney+, ESPN -Highspeed Wireless Internet. We have the highest speed that Vast Sells which is advertised 1 GB/sec. -Coffee and creamer are provided for your enjoyment at no charge -Shampoo, Conditioner, and Bodywash in the shower -Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Washcloths -TP, Paper Towels, Cleaning Products (Vacuum, Broom, Disinfectant Spray, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and more.) -Kitchen has set of dishes along with a Sauce Pan, Skillet, Strainer, cutting board, and mixing bowls. Most importantly we have Coffee Mugs and Wine Glasses. -Fridge, Microwave, Washer and Dryer in every unit -Dedicated Gas Furnace and Central AC Property Rules: -This property is not pet friendly. We love pets but unfortunately, because of this property’s awesome location there is no place for them to go to the bathroom or be let out. As such we are not set up to clean up after animals either. Any animals that are brought to the property will have a minimum of a $50.00 dollar fee on owner’s bill. - No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the building or on the porch. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping there will be a minimum of $250.00 added to your stay with potentially more as the cleaners wipe down the walls. -Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 9:00pm until 8:00am. You have your own unit and only share one wall with a neighbor.
