we had a truly wonderful stay and were very happy with everything! the communication with the host was easy and reliable, the check in time was flexible, the house very well equipped (kitchen appliances etc) and with a lot of nice little details. the garden is perfect to relax in, there is shade and a table so it’s possible to eat outside which we did often. the pool is a 5 min walk away, we had it to ourselves most times and we really enjoyed it. it takes about 10 min by car to the nearest supermarket emi which has a really good variety of products and 15 mins to todi, a little town up on the hill- definitely worth a visit. over all we had a really good time and would definitely recommend to stay here, might even come back in the future. (only little remark: the road to the house is a gravel road and it’s kind of difficult to drive on because it’s uneven, which is why it takes some practice and a slow tempo to drive on it)

We had a beautiful stay at BELVILLA. We really enjoyed the peaceful area around the house and loved to swim in the big pool. The pool was 5min away from the house but we had it for our own. The contact to Chiara who cared about us during the stay was excellent and she answered very quickly if there was a problem.

Quiet but close enough to a supermarket. Beautiful view. The pool was a wonderful treat.

Het is een heel fijn huis! Fantastisch uitzicht, rust, ruimte. Alles aanwezig. Goeie WiFi, schoon, koel. Minpuntje is dat niet gecommuniceerd is dat het zwembad op 300 meter afstand is (verder geen probleem, want lekker zwembad). De ontvangst was ook wat onpersoonlijk: hier heb je de sleutel en zie maar! Verder staat het hoofdgebouw voor de komende 2 jaar in de steigers. In het begin is dat even wennen zo’n bouwput, maar eigenlijk best prettig omdat er daardoor nauwelijks andere gasten waren en wij het zwembad voor een groot deel vd tijd voor onszelf hadden. Zeer positieve ervaring al met al!
