Zeki's place was in a great location and very clean. Zeki was a great host.
Top place for the price, top location and top host
Its nice place to stay as its very near from beach n host is friendly too.. nearest parking is Charles street car parking which is in 5 mins walk.. so all good, but do remember that rooms are compact but are clean and well equipped… there is no lift so if you are staying with infant carrying a buggy could be little difficult but they do offer that they can keep it with them at reception.

We are here to make your stay at our guest house as comfortable as possible. The guest house offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, less than 100 meters from Brighton’s vibrant seafront. Guests are also just 5 minutes’ walk from the famous Pier. With a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee, each room also has simple, clean décor. A private bathroom with a shower is included in some room. For every meals, a wide range of restaurants and bars can be found on the seafront. The historic Royal Pavilion is just 0.3 miles from the guest house, and the Theatre Royal is just a few meters further away. ALSO WE CAN ARRANGE YOUR AIRPORT TRANSFER. Public parking is possible at a location nearby.
