A great place to stay and get away from Sydney… the only issue is collecting and returning the keys to Realeatate office in The Entrance which makes after yourself arrival an issue.

The house was extremely clean. Facing the sea means that along with the sound of the ocean to wake up to, you also need to be very loud to annoy the neighbors. It is a managed property so unlike most of the previous places that we have found on this site it lacked a few staple items that are usually seen in cupboards. Having to make a bed with your own linen was not the best way to begin a Friday afternoon. Past reviews were correct in regards to the hot water. It seemed to finish very quickly. Everyone we spoke to in the office was wonderful. Very helpful, all questions and comments were answered very quickly.

Beautiful view, in a wonderful house, shame that there isn’t a quick access to the beach from the house, there is no wifi and no access to the first floor and it’s only the ground floor. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

If you are accustom to Airbnb stays, do not book here. The view is nice but if you expect sheets and bath towels don't book here. If you expect sufficient hot water, do not book here. If you expect air conditioning do not book here. If you expect sufficient supplies like toilet paper, do not book here. If you want decisive responses to prove the rental agency "East Coast" never does anything wrong, then book her. When i mentioned we are traveling from abroad and don't carry sheets and towels with us in and email and that this was not like any other Airbnb we had stayed at previously, the response was; " The property is not “an airbnb” Airbnb is an advertising website only. " Read very carefully everything they don't supply before assuming you are getting what you may regularly get at an Airbnb. Funnily enough after the stay, i found the list of the amenities that are not included under tab indicating show all amenities. Lesson learned. Extremely disappointed. The place is initially advertised as "Entire house with Balcony views" but learn its only the lower floor thats accessible and later read as much well further down the page. We were 6 and couldn't all shower each day as the hot water ran out after 2 or 3 showers. Could'nt wash clothes because there was no dryer and no clothes line. We couldn't heat the place up to be comfortable. many other places around that don't skimp like this.
