Can definitely recommend this seaside expansive cottage in a very quiet and peaceful section of the Boothbay area. Dog friendly, with large ball field a short walk away. Nice ocean views and great area for daily walks along the water. The property was well equipped and comfortable. One note, no AC, which was not an issue for us in mid September. Like a lot of properties in this area, it is older, weather worn, a bit rustic but all systems functioning, and we had no issues. Boothbay is a 15 minute drive away and there are several good restaurant and food options within a short drive. If you are looking for a quiet, stress free and relaxing, seaside get away, this place checks the boxes.

This house is in an amazing location and we loved enjoying the natural beauty around us throughout the weekend. The home easily accommodated our multi generational party of six, the beds / sleeping accommodations are all very comfortable. The home is exactly as advertised and has great spaces for enjoying family time together!

Charming vacation home with beautiful view and nicely appointed. The double kitchen made dinner preparation a breeze. Very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Point. The house was steps from the beautiful rocky coastline, and it had wonderful ocean views. The bedroom set-up made it easy for each of our two families to take two rooms and have some separation at night. The house is a bit old so sound travels especially in the front part of the house, and the carpeted bedrooms and bedspreads did cause a flare of my child's allergies, but the place was clean and relaxing. Boothbay is a cute town and we did some hikes nearby. A lot of restaurants were still closed over Memorial Day weekend but the house is well-appointed for cooking at home. Thanks for a good visit!

Spent a long weekend here with friends and was delighted by the charm of the neighborhood and property. We loved sitting on the front porch and taking in the sweeping views of the ocean.
