The Cliff House is spectacular! The views are outstanding. Very comfortable house with tons of space. Boothbay was a few miles down the road with amazing restaurants and touristy stores. We didn’t have time for the whale watch, hopefully next time. Rick and Kit were fabulous hosts. Very responsive and great communications. 5 stars all around!!!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Rick and Kits home. What a spectacular view! Waking up to bald eagles, harbor seals, lobster boats, and all the things you’d want from a quintessential Maine experience. Delicious food in Boothbay Harbor, Bakers Way and Farm 23 (get the bread!) were 2 of our favorites. Shopping the local craftspeople and small businesses brought us some unique finds. We also enjoyed a day trip to Portland which I’d recommend. I almost hate to rave too much as it should remain a well kept secret, it’s that special. Thank you Rick and Kit for your hospitality.

Such a spectacular setting—a true Mid-Coast Maine experience in a charming cottage! Easy check-in, homey atmosphere and great hosts. We can’t wait to return!
