The house is terrific ! It is new, modern, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need both inside and outside, which made our 3 weeks at the property very enjoyable. The home even has a generator, which maintained power for us during a storm and local power outage. Tammy proactively communicates all needed information and was super responsive to any questions. I would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for a week. The house was better than expected - it is beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked and very roomy. It would be impossible to list all of the amenities. We especially liked the indoor and outdoor games to play, the extremely well stocked kitchen and a washing machine and dryer (we actually went home with clean clothes). Tammy and Jenna could not have been nicer. They provided a list of places to visit and information on restaurants. The welcome package was an extra treat. I would highly recommend staying here for a family getaway or a quiet retreat by the water. Southport Island is a special place and only 2 miles from downtown Booth Bay Harbor (great shops, kayaking, boat tours and restaurants).

We had such an amazing time at Decker Cove! Haven’t had a family trip in a decade and now I feel like we couldn’t have picked a better destination. Such a peaceful chill downtown with lots of things to do. Tons of space in the house to enjoy it together or take alone time breaks. Loved having all our own private bathrooms and tvs to relax at night. Everything we could need was provided. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us ❤️

This beautiful home was adored by my entire family. Clean, organized, & well thought out. Labels & information on everything you need. Tammy made it truly a vacation of rest. Each room /space was comfortable with high quality furnishings that still made you feel at home. The home exceeded every expectation. My wife loved it. My kids wanted to buy it and move in. My in laws felt pampered. Grand master suite - great shower - lovely dressers/closet to unpack & settle into. Great well stocked kitchen (EVERY desired material/equipment met). Lovely spaces for kids/family traveling with us. Outdoor spaces are beautiful & peaceful. Boothbay/Southport has WONDERFUL food & activities. The Botanical Gardens & trails are a MUST! If you have kids/teens go do “Monkey See Monkey Do”. Get some ice cream in the harbor. Eat some delicious lobster. Walk the beach. Hike the trails. Go whale watching. My family already voted on coming back - shhhh don’t tell everyone how perfect it is.

Beautiful house! So many homey touches-back yard was amazing-porch a great place to relax & at night the fire place was awesome, the kitchen was well stocked & the bedrooms super comfortable. Location was super close to Boothbay harbor & other attractions. -Robinsons(restaurant) -yummy & walkable . A very enjoyable vacation in an amazing house.
