房子位置不错，边上就是维多利亚公园，三四分钟路程有家很大的NEW WORLD超市。公寓里基本所有东西都有，适合自己做饭，周边公交车蛮多，去皇后街UBER打车七八纽币，总体不错。

Great staycation at Brendan & Natalie’s. Wonderful communication right from the point of booking, flexible check in which we appreciated. The apartment is spacious and airy, the three levels were ideal for us travelling as a family of 5, with three children. Has everything you need! We appreciated the secure parking and use of the recreation centre with spa and pool - a big hit with the kids! Close to supermarket, Victoria Park and cafes and restaurants. Would recommend to everyone and we hope to return one day! Thanks!

Brendan and Natalie were great hosts. Flying in internationally, our arrival and departure times didn’t match up with the typical check in and check out times listed. Brendan provided us with accommodations to help us out with our flight timings, relieving us of a lot of stress. Although a couple of issues arose during our stay, Brendan was very quick to offer solutions and very proactive in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is fantastic and walking distance from many places (15-20 minute walks)! Overall, we had a fantastic stay due in large part to our wonderful hosts!

The place was great. Arranged neighbor to greet and explain - was very nice.. We (2 parents, 3 grown children + 8 year old) enjoyed the stay and NZ immensely. Convenient to New World grocery (few hundred meters), walk through park to harbor with restaurants, bars, departures to the islands. Knowing what I know now about NZ - I might have mixed in stays to the North and/or South, but this was convenient to both, with day trips to Taupo, Raglan, and up north to the glow worm caves + lots of nature and beaches everywhere.

We stayed here for around 2 months and really enjoyed our time here. The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to Ponsonby, the CBD, and the viaduct. New World is about 2 minutes walk away - the convenience is unbeatable. The large amount of storage space in each bedroom was perfect for our longer stay. Hosts were always quick to respond to any queries.
