Carlos的房子非常干净，我住的这个房间在三楼，三个房间之一，非常舒适安静，房间漂亮温馨，单人床垫很好，睡着很舒服，房间里有壁橱，可以放很多东西，每样家具都很实用，我住了一个多月，完全满足了我的生活需求。主人夫妇热情友好，非常有帮助，有求必应，提供了各种日用品，还有咖啡、茶、调料等，厨房设施也很完善，如果你想在这里长住，是特别好的选择。主人太太每天上楼打扫公共区域卫生，有时还帮我清洁房间，整个三楼像宾馆一样干净整洁。房子的地理位置也非常好，地铁M、R大概4分钟可以走到，7路6分钟走到。住在这边真是一个精彩的选择。

Carlos和Yvatte 非常的好客，在约好的时间就在门外迎接我，帮忙提行李，介绍房间的情况，感觉宾至如归。他们的房子非常的干净，所需物品也很齐全，位置非常好，附近有一个很大的亚洲超市，很安静，非常推荐。 Carlos and Yvatte are great host.Their house is very clean, quite in a good location, near a Asian supermarket. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Carlos and Yvette. I really enjoyed the stay in your house.

I had a pleasant six day stay with Carlos. He made a great effort in providing detailed instructions about getting from the airport to his house. I hadn't stayed in Queens before, but I felt very comfortable. It was a convenient location for me as someone who needed to use public transport and was going to multiple events in all the boroughs. All I needed was provided and Carlos was always super quick to respond to my queries. If/when I return to NYC, especially to Queens for the US Open, I would definitely stay with Carlos again.

Carlos and his lovely wife made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond with flexible check in, providing amenities, (even an umbrella for a really rainy day) ensuring I knew the neighborhood , and they are very personable. I would definitely recommend the place especially if you are looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood! As someone who lives in NYC, i’d say it’s perfect for tourist.
