Grate deal for the price , Kelly is the best host, she is always available, I would stay at her place anytime I am around In Brooklyn.

It was a home away from home for my individuals and staff. The property was comfortable, spacious and clean. The host was extremely attentive to our needs and keep us aware of any services that needs to be done/completed during our stay. Our individuals loved the house and hated living even though they were going home to their newly renovated home. If I know anyone staying the in the New York area, especially the Brooklyn region I will have them book this location. I understand why the property is so highly rated.

This is a good place! Everything a big group would need. Definitely best for 4 or more people short term, there is 5 bedrooms and two kitchens so anything less definitely takes away from the value. The only living room area is in the basement level there is only bedrooms and a kitchen on the main floor but that was fine for short term. The area is pretty lots of brown stones and the people are nice for the most part definitely a community vibe. The area is not much for walkable nice restaurants, groceries or shopping but the trains are convenient. It’s about an hour commute into Manhattan. **PETS** the listing says pet friendly but their pet policy at the very bottom of the description of the house basically excludes all pet breeds. There is a $500 non refundable fee when you bring a pet. My husband and I neglected to see that policy and brought our bulldog. We received a pretty condescending phone call from Kelly’s husband. Avoid that and do not bring your pet

They were very responsive to any issue we had which there was only a couple. They fixed the problems quickly. They made our stay very comfortable.

Kelly was quick with responding to issues. For example, during on first week, it rained a lot and the downstairs flooded. There was a cleaner there within a couple hours to clean up and a contractor to fix the issue once the weekend was over. It rained quite a bit more during our stay but the downstairs didn't flood again. As advice to future people who stay here, the dryer doesn't have a vent. It instead has a tank that fills with water as the clothes dry. You should empty this between loads. Don't be like me and be confused for a couple hours on why your clothes aren't drying. It was a nice stay. Not much to do immediately close by but a subway isn't that far of a walk.
