This central location in an attractive, quiet neighbourhood was perfect for our attendance at a family wedding. We especially loved three outdoor spaces, including the front yard,. Staying in an older home is always my preference. Lots of character.

Michael made our stay very easy and comfortable. He was always willing to help when I needed assistance. The house was comfortable and peaceful. Would stay with Michael again!

I wish we had more time at Michael’s place. Michael met us when we pulled up and gave us a tour, showing us the ins and outs of his well-stocked home. He is personable and made us feel right at home. He lives in the dwelling behind the guesthouse. The home was as pictured. Beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. The split bedroom / bathroom arrangement was a bonus. The home has a comfortable back porch that looks out onto the gardens. Michael has a green thumb and lush plants are thriving in the entry of the home as well as outside. Michael provides a recycle can and makes composting easy with a countertop container and a bin outdoors. We took advantage of the full laundry room to wash hiking clothes before head to our next destination. We enjoyed La Luz hike. Michael’s place is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops and is convenient to the University. The neighborhood felt safe and driveway parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
