Casa pulita e in ordine. Zona tranquilla ma non comodissima per raggiungere il mare o la stazione. La casa è molto fornita di stoviglie e oggetti,forse troppo. Ci sono grandi problemi alla caldaia perché è impossibile scegliere e mantenere la temperatura desiderata:l'acqua passa dal gelido all'ustionante in maniera repentina risultando pericolosa soprattutto per i bambini. Nell'annuncio iniziale non erano chiari i costi aggiuntivi che impropriamente vengono detti di consumo ma in realtà sono forfettari e devono essere pagati cash,lasciandoli in casa, senza ottenere alcuna ricevuta. Molto difficile mettersi in contatto con le agenzie che gestiscono l'appartamento: novasol risponde poco e ti rimanda all'agenzia in loco che non ci è parsa molto attenta e celere nel risolvere eventuali problemi (non ha risposto alle chiamate e dopo molto tempo ai messaggi,senza peraltro risolvere la questione).

Big problem on arrival here: the gas and water were turned off at the mains. Our flight had been very delayed and we were tired from travelling all day. In the end we had to get a random neighbour to help us turn it on… this took ages and was not what we needed on arrival. The place itself is a decent size and very pleasant with fans in the bedrooms. The outdoor area is a real bonus. It’s in a quiet block of apartments, mostly older residents here. Linen clean and kitchen well stocked. Generally the place has a lot going for it but we felt no one really cared about it. Certainly I don’t think novasol do. We were in touch with ‘anbar facilities’ who organised our check in and were fairly responsive when we found out the gas and water were not turned on. However they are remotely based and clearly unaware that they were turned off. Just a money making business to them it seems. No one actually on hand to help when we needed it.
