Easy access to Atwood and Marquette neighbourhoods with a lovely walk down the lake. Perfect in fall, especially to sit out in the shared garden. Ken & Sarah went the extra mile to help my parents feel at home during their stay. Atwood avenue can be a little noisy, but despite the occasional aeroplane or F-35 overhead it was very easy to relax. Thanks Ken & Sarah for your generosity and hospitality.

I really can’t say enough about the guest house I stayed in. Sarah and Ken were fantastic hosts and the guest house was perfect for a month stay. Had everything I needed. The courtyard was so quaint and wonderful to sit in and read a book or get work done. The neighborhood was fantastic. It had been a few years since visiting that part of town and it’s so walkable to great shops, restaurants, bars, and music venues. My next visit Ken and Sarah’s cottage would be my first choice to stay!

Ken’s place is a hidden oasis! The garden is beautiful and it’s extremely walkable to some of the Atwood neighborhoods best spots. We stayed for a week and had our toddler with us. Ken had child friendly dishes, cups, babygate and books on hand which meant we didn’t have to travel with those items. The place was even nicer than the pictures reflected, particularly the larger bedroom. Ken was also so proactive and friendly in all of his communication. We loved our stay and plan to book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Madison with Ken and Sarah. The house was perfect for our family of 3, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and bedrooms overlooking their gorgeous garden. The location is lovely, right in the middle of Atwood, close to the bike trail and Lake Monona. Ken and Sarah were very friendly and responsive and we've love to stay with them again!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Ken and Sarah were wonderful hosts - thoughtful, friendly, and accessible. The cottage was so cozy and full of thoughtful amenities that made us feel at home, especially when traveling with a toddler. Easy access to the bike path, neighborhood-favorite shops and restaurants, parks, downtown, and more. We would definitely stay here again!
