Our stay had continuous incidents from day one. Honestly if a group is doing a work trip and paying a hefty amount everything should be sorted. As much as the host tried his best to solve all the problems at the spot all these problems should have not existed in the first place. From the the mix up of location, un prepped house, sink leakage, no ups as there was light gone very often and for an entire night and day as well (they installed it later promptly). Technically we got the place fixed and managed more like care takers with what ever issue we were coming across. The house needs to be maintained with a lot of detail otherwise the place is beautiful, the prompt responses was very good service but then every day was a new problem. Also the guests staying should be notified about the type of other guests or events that will be taking place in the location. I would highly prefer hotels against this stay.

Good location. The place itself is fine for the price, but generally speaking is average at best, and feels like it could use several maintenance jobs done. The fridge smelled so bad from the inside, it was unusable.

Arif's place was beautiful. We really loved the overall vibe, ambiance, furniture. It was quite a boutique hotel experience. Location was great and everything was very clean and lit. Would definitely recommend this place!
