Joshua是个非常热情的房东，房子也跟干净方便。平时他会帮忙打扫卫生，保持房屋干净整洁。周末邀请我去参加教会的活动，可惜我工作比较忙没能去成，比较遗憾。下次有机会还会再来!

This is a very good location, close to Belton, Lee's Summit, Downtown and more. Joshua, the property owner is a very fine gentleman of a very kind nature. It is very comfortable here and we have everything we need to have a fine home. Excellent value in very good surroundings. Highly recommended.

This is a really great place to stay. Joshua, the owner is a very kind person who responds well to many different types of situations. We now have a new commercial washing machine and he permits repairs to be done including upkeep and cleaning. Internet is very fast and reliable. Location is close to ideal and many fine places are near. One of the best living situations that I person personally have ever experienced. Most persons who stay here are professional working persons of excellent character.

You will be staying with other AirBNB guests, not the Christian couple shown. It was one of the less expensive stays for a month, and went fine. Joshua is responsive. It met my needs.
