5 minutes walk to Ihop. We have prepared a queen bed and a Green Tea Mermory Foam Mattress. It's the room the only space that is being offered to rent. Other spaces are shared with other guests. The entrance door is keyless and can be used conveniently. The guest shower room is shared with other guests. The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and water purifier can be shared and used together. There is a kid at the accommodation. It can be noisy in the morning and evening and during the day on the weekend. There's no private trash can and bedside table in the room. There are stairs when you go from the entrance to the guest room. Most Kansas houses have stairs in the house. Please consider if your legs are uncomfortable. *The property is a non-smoking area. Smoking is not permitted for any reason. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. If there is a cigarette smell in the accommodation, additional cleaning fees may be charged. If you smoke, you will be asked to leave the accommodation. Please take off your shoes in the accommodation. ㅡThere is one indoor security camera in the living room, which is the host's space, and one in the hallway for theft prevention purposes. Security cameras will be operational during your stay. ** Our accommodation aims to provide a clean bed at an affordable price. Soo was an amazing host. That this Airbnb was exactly how it was described easy entry, super clean and was very flexible with the hours I worked. Everyone was respectful and quiet. The house was Neaton organized instructions on everything. It was easy and a pleasure staying there. I wish I could've stayed longer. Soo was awesome about changing my schedule when it all of a sudden was changed on me such a great host and welcoming a smile from everyone. Thank you so so much for everything.
Soo catfishes any and all potential guests without mentioning that her house includes her little kids. This wouldn’t be a big deal except it’s a small house and the entire house is loudly up at 6am (normal for kids). The problem is that she doesn’t mention this in the ad. For myself this meant that I agreed to live under her roof when I work nights. I never would have done that. Every morning at 6:30 am her blender goes off for about 3 minutes. That signifies it is time to get up because from then on there is constant banging, cooking, screaming, and other loud noise that would prevent any one from sleeping in. It is also worthwhile to mention that it is an incredibly awkward stay. She also posts strange rules impeding your stay all over the house like “don’t cut your hair,” and “gentlemen sit down when you pee.” There are a thousand rules and a thousand reasons not to stay here. I’m sure the family are nice people but I wouldn’t know. Will be catching up on sleep all year now.
Clean, nice, and comfortable place to stay if you are in town for a few days. There was a child in the house but it was no problem.
