My family and I enjoyed our stay at John’s home. It was very clean and well maintained, it was also very spacious. We did have one hiccup with the hot water but a quick call to John and it was resolved quickly. Location was very convenient. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here during the Christmas holidays to spend time with family nearby. It was the perfect spot for us - the living room was comfortable and we felt right at home. It’s a warm house which is perfect during wintertime. Two bedrooms have gorgeous water views too. And the walk to the semi-private beach is fast and very pretty. Kitchen was well organised. Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. John is a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again!

Location not to be beat. A quick walk to the beach, great view of the water from the house, nice deck, convenient to Narragansett and Wickford. Having dogs was a bonus. Dogs loved John Chaffe hiking trails nearby. John was a great host. We had a great stay in North Kingstown.

John thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a great week with adult children / mini-family reunion of sorts. Beautiful fall foliage, great water views from the house. Easy access to Wickford, Newport, Jamestown & Narragansett - great restaurants, walking trails, etc. Thank you for a great week.

John’s home really is the perfect getaway. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and hiking trails. His place is immaculate and has every amenity you can think of along with gorgeous views from the entire back of the house. It is a cozy home with comfortable beds and furniture plus a large master bath. It’s the ideal place for a peaceful vacation. There is also a large deck where you can just sit and relax and enjoy the view. The semi-private beach is only a 30 second walk from his back door! John also allows pets which we took advantage of, and our dog loved it as much as we did. We would definitely recommend a stay at this property and will be booking again in the future.
