Kirkland was a wonderful host, was present to show me around the place, and made my stay comfortable. The reason I am not giving it more stars is because the shared areas, particularly the bathrooms, were not clean. The listing charges a steep cleaning fee but the shared bathrooms were all quite dirty. I also don’t think the other tenant knew that there was a person staying in the other room because he was very loud in the middle of the night - it would make sense to let him know next time. He was pleasant of course, but I didn’t sleep well. Overall for the total cost I felt it was way overpriced. Again, Kiril was lovely and the location was excellent.

This is as advertised--an old school with top floor converted into hostel-type setup. Communal kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom (shared with one other room) was clean. Everyone we met was very courteous.

A very comfortable, conveniently located, no frills room in a space with a lot of character. Our night was very quiet and private, only running into another guest in the kitchen. We happened to have the suite to ourselves. The mattress was so comfortable I'm looking at getting one for my bed at home. We didn't meet Kiril but he provided us ample information at booking. It's a few minutes walk to anything in downtown Belfast. I would stay here again!

Shared bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Not stocked with enough Toilet paper. Comforters were very old. Good location, tho.

Comfortable lodgings in a great location at a fair price. Kiril was responsive and check-in was a breeze. All the amenities I needed for my work week in Belfast were available. I would stay there again.
