This host wants you to communicate outside of the app, wants you to sign his own lease, blames you for any complaints you may have. This host has a hot tub he charges on top of the base price, when we got there we used the hot tub late at night with minimal lighting, but followed all his instructions on how to use it. the next morning when we went to get in, noticed the water was brown. Host came to the cabin, without notifying us, while we were gone, and went into the cabin and changed settings on the thermostat. Host additionally demanded cash money for the clean he did, claiming it’s because we didn’t shower. Claims it was safe for use as no chemicals were used to clean but the hot tub was not useable for the rest of trip as he cleaned it with bleach (clear heavy smell that wasn’t there before) and threw in our face we should be happy because he didn’t charge us for our service dog. The hot tub still had orange scum and reacted to my skin. Host does not communicate well.

After a full day and night on the road, we reached the Yin-Yang Cabin in Magnet, Indiana. It is one of the Colucci cabins along the river, operated by the colorful and very helpful Mr.Colucci. Our patio there looked across the Ohio River at Kentucky. We had a special nighttime treat: a huge, not often seen Luna moth—which we first mistook for a bat—fluttered around an outside lamp and then landed on our window. We looked at it and it looked at us. It walked up my leg and onto my hand before flying away. The cabin itself is rustic, comfortable and simple with two comfortable bedrooms. We stayed a few years back in another Colucci cabin -The Heron 's Nest which was larger and even nicer with a large wrap around deck . The Yin Yang cabin has amazing river views, with a fire pit which was right next to the river. The location of this cabin is all about the river views.

This is a fabulous location. The cabin is perfect size for my husband, me and our dog. Comfortable and beautiful views. Tons of wild life - groundhog, birds, hummingbirds, buzzards, squirrels - all enjoyable to watch. Highly recommend.

Very nice place at a very cool spot! We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the river. The house was clean and easy to find, and Bud is a very helpful host.
