The location is the strongest feature of this unit. Opposite a dog beach easy access to the foreshore paths, easy walking distance to the marina and various hospitality options. For the money required to rent this unit improvements need to made and have been suggested to the owner.
Great little villa with an excellent location, just minutes from the centre of Geraldton. Good sized kitchen which made our week long stay even better!
