The staff at check in, check out, and in between were wonderful! The place is small as listed and the shower is pretty tiny, it worked but it’s cramped for sure. The location was great, pretty close to the shore and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The walls are incredibly thin and there was a pretty loud group the night I stayed, but they didn’t cause me too much trouble once I went to bed. Overall I would stay here again if I visit Brighton in the future!

The guest house was very easy to find. Great location, so close to the pier. Beatiful surroundings. Since I was there for a gig, it is also very close to the Brighton Centre. Walkable from almost everywhere. The room and the bathroom match the description and photos. Very cosy and clean. However the radiator in the room was not functioning properly and it was cold.

close to sea central easy to find.Does what it says nothing fancy but a good price for a homely stay.I d definitely stay again as for a night or two sleep and shower everything you need.

The guest house was a very good deal for a short stay, a great location, easy to find, friendly staff, a clean room and facilities. The only issue was the cold room and the radiator in the room did not want to work.
