Lovely views and good location. The building is stunning, and the lift is a fun experience! Hosts were very communicative, and loved watching the sunset from the window. However, the place wasn't very clean. Lots of hair on the sofa bed, dusty spare sheets and the bathroom was very dirty, with brown marks in and around the sink and shower which were wipeable. There was also a sticky liquid which covered the fireplace in the hallway. Aside from the cleanliness, the flat was a good find.

Spacious apartment with amazing views of the sea and the pier. The location was great as it was between the pier and the Marina, will definitely stay here again next time I have a concert in Brighton!!

View was amazing and the area is perfect, some great “home comfort” touches around the flat. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the flat could have been cleaner, the curtains in the bedroom are broken so let a lot light in, flat needed a more thorough deep clean and some maintenance checks. Would strongly suggest changing the mattress as it warped in the middle. With these improvements it would have been 5 stars all round.
