Thanks for a super nice weekend in Brighton. The team was super helpful and always available. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city and the beach. We had a cute room with all relevant facilities.

We had a wonderful few days in The Courtyard Suite at One Broad Street. The location was amazing, everything was right on our doorstep! The room was beautiful and having an outdoor space to eat some of our meals was lovely. They sent us a wonderful guide just before we arrived with clear instructions for finding the place, checking-in, as well as lots of wonderful local recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. There were three of us and there was plenty of space for us but the room does sleep four and I think we might've felt a little bit squashed if we had need to pull that 4th bed out. However for the location it would've totally been worth if there had been four of us. We will definitely be returning!!!

Hosts communication was great, check in was easy. Room was nice however bathroom was dirty, the vents were thick with dust. General maintenance needed with marks on carpets and walls. Overall didn’t impact stay but considering a cleaning fee is applied I would have expected better. Noise directly outside room from staff talking along with staff looking into room outside window made us feel uncomfortable. When guests are occupying room I’d recommend staff members are encouraged to find other places to chat/stand that won’t disrupt guests.

Had a great stay here. Super easy to deal with the host and plenty to do in the area
