Alan is an amazing host and his place is exactly as listed. He is there as little or as much as you need him. The mini house is stocked with everything you will need and is both cozy and comfortable. I was there a month and could not have picked a better place.

The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. The check-in is through entering a code on the door. Therefore, it is easy! The home has a nice kitchen with a lot of kitchen supplies and gave me the opportunity to cook. The home and its appliances like the sofa, bed, blanket, and especially bathroom were very clean. It has a nice porch with lovely swing. The home is completely similar to its photos (probably better than photos!). I stayed there 33 nights and I hope I could stay there forever. Definitely I like to stay here again. Alan and his family were always available for any help. They are the kindest people in the world. I recommend this amazing home to everyone :)

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything was as described. I’ve never had stay where every item you could ever need was included. Very clean, organized, and well placed amenities. Location offers much to do within a short drive. You get a private entrance at the end of the driveway that makes it super easy to unload any personals. Very friendly and responsive host! I would definitely stay here again.

Alan and his wife truly are SUPER hosts. My girlfriend and I stayed for around two months. Alan was attentive to our every need, handling anything that came up with grace and punctuality. He's excellent at communicating and extremely friendly. The spot is private, peaceful, and homey. I loved taking walks around the neighborhood, its calm and there are a lot of birds! This place is an excellent value, especially for the monthly rate. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. It's close to the highway too, so you can get to most places pretty easily. The ping pong table was lots of fun. It's quite spacious and provides plenty of room. There's really nothing bad I can say about Alan and this gem of an apartment. It was a blessing and I'd highly recommend it. If you're considering staying here, do it.
