Courtney has a beautiful place in Carmel Highland. Spectacular view from the deck and windows over the Pacific. They Hyatt property is a rustic modern California hotel resort with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great at the Hyatt Highlands. We had an ocean view suite with a small full kitchen. The four of us were comfortable and made use of the resort amenities. The location was perfect for daily trips into Carmel by the Sea, 10 min away, and longer trips down the Pacific Coast Hwy through Big Sur. Monterey is only a little further than Carmel and easily accessible. The restaurant on site was good for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is limited in the lounge. Our host was very helpful, and the resort reached out to us for any special requests ahead of our arrival.

Courtney is a wonderful host, I would rent from him again. The location of this resort and the views are fantastic. The restaurant, lobby, main building is outstanding. Please be aware that this is a mature resort, they have done a nice job keeping it maintained. The rooms themselves function just fine, but are not brand new. We will stay here again with Courtney in the future. Great location.

Courtney was a fabulous host and he and his wife will go out of there way to make sure you have a wonderful stay at this location. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We went during covid so the restaurant (which looks like it fell out of a "best restaurants in the world" magazine was unfortunately closed but you can see the view from the hotel check in. The room was ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL! Probably the most amazing view you will ever get from a hotel. 180 degrees of uninterrupted carmel coastline. This is the type of views you dream about. The room was enchanting ! with a actual wood burning fire place (which they stock piles of wood in sheds throughout the property, so you can get as much as you want to burn) a cute kitchenette stocked with all the utensils plates pans cleaning supplies you need. There is a massive hot tub in the room. The room was clean fresh and so so cozy. My wife and I have been all around the world and this is absolutely our new favorite place to stay. Book your next vacation here and I promise you won't regret it.
