With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in the main house, and a separate studio unit, there is ample space to sleep 8 people comfortably. A bonus space set up as a game room/den creates a fun atmosphere for the everyone to gather around after a long day of sightseeing. We may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations of privacy. We do not record confidential or sensitive information. We do not install electronic surveillance inside the home, but we may cover doors to the exterior with electronic surveillance. If you're planning on staying with us for more than 28 days, please note that monthly rental rates are discounted, but guests will be required to pay for gas, electric, and water utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
