This was probably one of my best Airbnb experiences ever. The house was immaculate, and incredibly well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, dishes, silverware, and other amenities that you don’t always find in Airbnb rentals. Everything at the house was in excellent condition and well-maintained. We enjoyed walks to the beach and appreciated the convenient locations for buying groceries and supplies. I would highly recommend this rental.

What a thoughtful owner! This beautiful home is extremely well appointed. It is well stocked with everything we needed except for food. In addition to all of the dishes, pans, appliances, etc. that you could possibly want, there is a nice set of herbs, spices, and basics in the kitchen. The outside areas are lovely and comfortable. The towels are plush and plentiful. The only thing I would warn about is that heavy footed early risers in the family room disturbed sleepers in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Once noted, gentler movements improved the situation considerably. If you look up the address in your favorite map app, you will see the many trails in the Carmel Highlands that begin a short walk from the home in the same neighborhood. The higher trails offer beautiful views of the coast, but other trails lead down to the cove where you can access a long stretch from Monastery Beach to the Carmel River State Beach. And there were lots of whimsical surprises along the way. A very short drive takes you to the Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. (You could walk it, but Cabrillo Highway is not pedestrian friendly.). The Reserve has beautiful trails, many on the water. We saw otters, sea lions, many birds, and tidal pool sea life.

Great place in a great location! Well prepared and cleaned beforehand. Hot tub in the back is great. Responsive to questions as well!

One of the best stays I’ve had. The place is built to create awesome memories in and the surrounding area of Monterey and Carmel is its own little world in California. Was very satisfied and plan on visiting again!
