On 5 Jan 24, we were woken up around 11:00 PM by a group of 5 to 10 noisy, loud people located at the property common area and the room adjacent to our room. I heard someone trying to open the closed door joining both rooms and then heard a loud noise that I can describe as someone kicking or punching the door hard. The loud behavior continued for about 30 minutes. Needless to say, we were very afraid to face the group since they appeared to be drunk and feared they were trying to access our room. Very disturbing to me and my wife. The following evening (6 Jan 23) as peaceful. Also, room keys were left at open lock boxes downstairs. We saw this throughout our stay. My concern is that anyone could access the common areas upstairs for malicious purposes. I informed you customer representative and assisted her by closing the lockboxes once she provided me with the access codes. She informed me that the maintenance person was not able to visit the property on 7 Jan 24 and asked to assist
