Stayed for a hen do, location was perfect with everything in walking distance and beautiful seafront views. Andy and Gemma were great hosts, always quick to respond with any query, detailed instructions, flexible check in and left some bottles of prosecco for us which was a lovely touch. Perfect for a large group with a big kitchen, lounge area and multiple rooms and bathrooms. Some bit of noise at night which is understandable being on top of a club and being in the heart of Brighton but we were out anyway so didn’t really effect us too much!

Such a perfect place for a hen party/stag do! Really good to have a large living room space to host activities. It was beautiful to look out onto the sea in the morning sunshine on the balcony too. Thanks for having us! 🪩

These apartments are great for big groups looking to host a hen/stag weekend. They’re above a nightclub and so it is noisy at night, but that doesn’t matter if you’re staying as part of a boozy weekend. Probably not the place to stay if you’re looking to relax! Communication was good with the hosts. Apartments are basic and not remotely ‘plush’, but they have all that you need in terms of kitchen amenities etc. They’re also in a really good location.

This apartment is the perfect location if you want to be central in Brighton, with a balcony looking over the pier. Absolutely perfect for hen/stags and other group celebrations. The kitchen dining area is nice and big with a large sofa. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed including a couple of bottles of fizz from Gemma and Andy. Thanks again!
