This place is great. It's as beautiful as the pictures show and in a stunning location. The company does a great job of keeping you updated and have lots of instructions. Overall, the house could use some maintenance, lots of things are broken/ not working or damaged or stained but he had a lovely time.

We booked Jonathan’s place for a surprise 80th birthday for our mum. Incredible accommodation, close to everything you could want. We spent our days at the pier as well as browsing local shops in the Laine’s and other fun activities within steps of the front door. The house, especially the kitchen, was equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, and the dining room table accommodated our party of 15 with ease. Everything was impeccable and high end, Jonathan was responsive to all our needs and we couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be returning again next year.

Jonathan's place was stunning, the location and views were incredible no matter the weather. We stayed with a few toddlers and guests from our wedding which happened over the weekend. Everything was in walking distance. The house had all the amenities you would expect and we were very comfortable. However, the final night all guests reported hearing some noise from a club which was situated not far from the house, this club night went on until 6am and although it was only the bass that could be heard, especially in the lower rooms, it was still a little disappointing because the host and the guest rules were very particular about noise and disruption from the house due to being a residential area. We highlighted this with Jonathan after our stay who said they hadn't had any comments about this issue before, so it could be an isolated incident, one to be mindful of. Either way, we had a wonderful stay and well deserves 5 stars!

My family of 12 travelled from Spain, USA, London and Chichester to celebrate my 90th Birthday. The house was perfect for us: very clean, good linens, wonderful bathtub in master bedroom and the kitchen was well equipped, especially with fridges and freezer. The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the attractions of Brighton.
