Harriet was a delightful host. She was proactive and worked to make sure we knew where we were to go. After having flown from the US then touring around during the day, we were able to crash at her house to sleep off our jet lag. There was plenty of places for the 5 of us to sleep. Thank you!

Very nice and quiet place to stay after travelling day and visiting the area. Harriet was there to welcome us and she was very attentive. There's no kitchen in the apartment but she provided all that we asked for.

Harriet was always friendly and helpful when messaging which was lovely. We don’t like to say negative things but feel we have to for this system to work so people make informed decisions. The downstairs carpet was very stained and we didn’t want our baby crawling on it. Ditto the sofas. The upstairs carpet was quite new and great. There were two light fittings on the wall at the top of stairs that had exposed wires, and they were at shoulder height. The fridge could do with another shelf as it only had one. I took one of the pillows off my the bed before getting in only to discover the next morning it looked dirty and had eyelashes on it. This place could be so lovely but seemed tired in places. We expected better as it was expensive. The location was lovely and Harriet very helpful.

Harriet’s accommodation was everything we hoped for. Big downstairs living area, comfy sofas, warm and welcoming and very dog friendly. Upstairs was spacious, comfy and inviting. It had everything we needed for our stay. The position and grounds are beautiful. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The village was so pretty and made us feel very Christmassy, wished we could have stayed for the carols, the local pub was welcoming with its mulled wine and roaring fire. Lots of walks on the doorstep. Just perfect. Thank you
