We loved our stay at this charming and well located villa. We loved the location, the privacy and the separate first floor apartment. It was the ideal property for our family. The pool was great and well maintained and the hosts were very good in asking if had everything we needed. Very good service. Highly recommended by us and we would love to plan another visit to this villa and wonderful location.

The location of this villa is great, a short walk to the centre of Cala D’Or and about 15 minute walk to the marina, both very easy walks and could not be more convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops. The pool at this villa is lovely, really big and lovely and clean. The outside area is a good size and there are a number of sunbeds and an outside table and chairs. We had a big car and parking on the drive was easy and plenty of room. The villa is actually split over two floors, with the top floor being accessed only by using the steps at the front of the villa, it has its own front door, so it is separate from downstairs. Each floor has two bathrooms and downstairs has two double bedrooms and upstairs the one double bedroom and a kitchenette. The villa inside, particularly the downstairs part, is big and there is lots of room and storage, there is an air conditioning unit in both bedrooms. Also there is an iron and ironing board in the cupboard of one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has an oven, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen could have done with some modernising/tidying up a bit, the units had some peeling on them and despite our best efforts we could not get the sink clean. We did not use the oven or hob. The bathrooms downstairs including one which has a bath and the other a stand alone shower unit, are okay, again, like the kitchen, could have done with some more thorough cleaning though and the same for the two upstairs, both having just showers in them. It was sad that one of the washing dryers was broken and just left for us to use, we managed to fix it by using cling film to hold it up, the outside umbrella was broken and some of the outside furniture was a bit “old” and we were disappointed that there were no beach towels, we have used AirBNB loads of times and this is the first time we had to buy beach towels, that we actually left in the villa’s for other people to use, but perhaps I should not have assumed beach towels would be available. Overall this is a nice villa in an excellent location with a great outdoor pool, just needs some TLC inside to make it a really lovely villa.

This home is INCREDIBLE! We had such a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, as well as the house itself. It was spacious and private with plenty of amenities. The pool was the best part, it got sun from early morning until late in the evening. There are two picturesque beaches within 10 mins walk. The town itself is vibrant and fun, with loads of restaurants to choose from and again, only a ten minute walk from the house. The owners are absolutely lovely and so very welcoming. We truly felt like it was a home from home and look forward to going back next year! Five starts all around ❤️
