I have stayed on three different properties at Coolfont. This is by far the best one. House is spacious with plenty of beds. Tons of extras like movies and games. Hot tub in perfect working order. Very responsive and helpful hosts throughout the entire process.

We had a writing retreat at the mountain cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Enough space for us to spread out comfortably, and the patio and hot tub were perfect for relaxing afterwards.

This was a great stay! Close enough to Berkeley Springs to be a very easy drive, but in a beautiful and wooded neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The dining and living room area is beautiful and airy and very cozy to stay in. We loved the hot tub, the ping pong table, the lovely variety of books and selection of VHS (!) tapes--a real walk down memory lane. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The guests that had the queen downstairs weren't as satisfied by it as those in the king bed, but still had a great stay. Strongly recommend!

This place is even nicer than it looks, the owners are careful about how it is set up and everything in the house reflects that they’ve thought through comfort and function.
