Our Montgenevre Town House is ideal for families and groups on a budget, this 4 storey property offers central location just a short walk from a number of restaurants, shops and the piste. It has generous storage space if you’re into ski/board maintenance with it's large garage. It is a simple but well equipped house with 4 bedrooms that can host up to 11/12 people. Ground floor: Garage entrance with: Washing machine WC Ski/boot storage First Floor: Living area with corner sofa and further 2 seater sofa, french doors to small terrace area Dining Area with large table and bench/chair seating Kitchen comprising oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and storage Second Floor: Bedroom 1 : Double bed with new built-in shower corner and sink, hanging space Bedroom 2 : Double bed and hanging space Bedroom 3 : Bunk bed and hanging space Family bathroom with shower over and WC Third floor: Bedroom 4: large room with 5 single beds and space for an extra mattress. Extras: TV/DVD All of our independent properties will have an information book to provide you with information about the property and activities or events to enjoy during your stay; accompanied by a welcome gift from our resort team.

Unfortunately, the size of the house is much smaller than depicted in the pictures. Overall, the house is old and poorly maintained with some safety issues. In particular, not safe for kids (steep steps). The main issue was the cleanliness of the house: very dirty with many leftovers from previous guests (bag of dog food, broken glasses, dead wasps, dust everywhere etc.). The top room (attic) is not a real room as no door separates it from the rest of the house. To reach the attic need to climb a ladder (unsafe for kids and adults in general). The house is in a good location although parking is not available. Overall not worth the money.
Cozy apartment of 4 floors, very spacious the last one, the others have well distributed spaces but with reduced dimensions. The stairway to the top floor is very steep but children, even the smallest ones, have had no problems. Apartment used mainly in winter and the terrace is not completely closed, there are no outdoor seats. Central location and real-time assistance. Positive judgment.

Montgenèvre offers excellent holidays. Right on the Italian border, Montgenèvre dates back to pre-Roman times, being on an ancient pass between Italy and France. The charm of the village is complimented by its position in an area that boasts 300 days sunshine a year. Its height means the snow comes earlier and stays later.
Montgenèvre has all the facilities of a modern resort whilst retaining its traditional charm. The restaurants and bars in the village offer a range of both traditional mountain fare and popular dishes. These are complimented by the local shopping and weekly market.
The ski slopes at Montgenèvre are particularly well-suited to beginners and intermediates. A cheap day extension gives you access to 400km of slopes in the Milky Way.
Montgenèvre has a total of 59 slopes, covering 100km of pistes and served by 38 lifts. Of the pistes, 25 are beginner runs, 23 are intermediate runs and 11 are advanced runs. The ski resort has several runs of decent length, the longest being 7km.
This property is well located only 2 minutes from the piste and 3-4 minutes walk to the main hub and supermarket
