A brilliant location and a gorgeous little cottage, beautifully decorated...nicer than the photos! Wine & biscuits well received after nearly a 5 hour drive. Overstrand is like stepping back in time, peaceful and friendly. The beach is less than 5 minute walk away. We were very impressed & will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful little cottage which is really well furnished and surprisingly spacious. Tracy left us some lovely welcoming touches and we loved walking the few minutes down to the beautiful beach (get there for low tide) and supper in the pub around the corner.

We had a lovely few days at Tracy's over the Easter Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful cottage. It was well equipped and had a local shop at the end of the road for any necessities. We spent time at Holkham Hall and The beach at Wells next the sea and would highly recommend both if staying here

The house is in a great location for a walk to the beach. Super cosy, warm and really clean. Definitely recommend!

Travelled with the he family for new years getaway. Amazing location!! Wonderful property, a stones throw away from the sea and beach. Host was wonderful and very responsive. Property was so comfortable and homely, would stay again and recommend in a heartbeat! Pub just up the road and a little corner shop for hits and bobs. Loved it! Well worth the drive and price xx
