Slvia es una persona excelente, muy amable, muy generosa, siempre preocupada por el bienestar de las personas que recibe en su hermosa casa. Todos los miembros de su familia son muy amigables y sus nietas son un encanto, dulces, hermosas y tiernas. Su perrita Sophie es muy dulce, obediente, muy educada. Definitivamente me sentí muy felíz durante mi estadía en su casa, todo el tiempo Silvia me hizo sentir como que fuera mi casa. Gracias Silvia por su una persona tan encantadora y especial.

I had the best time at Silvia's place! She's so warm, friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Her family has also been very nice to me, and was very supportive when I needed help navigating this place. The living space and bathroom was pristine cleaned, the entire place was fresh and welcoming. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful and so so beautiful!! I fought back tears while moving out 🤧

I stayed a full month at Silvia's property, and it was wonderful from day 1! Silvia was out of town for the first part of my stay, so her son, Philip, helped with the check-in process. He was very friendly, flexible, and helpful. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was easy to feel right at home and comfortable. Silvia and her adorable dog arrived later in the month, and they were just as friendly and helpful as Philip! Silvia was so kind and wonderful to chat with, I am very happy to have met her. The location is perfect, with the lakes a quick walk away, downtown being a 15(ish) minute drive, and restaurants and markets nearby. I cannot say enough good things about this property or Silvia and her family! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely rent again!

Silvia is very sweet and easy to get along with. Her dog (Sophie) also lives there, but is very quiet and loves to be pet! I stayed during one of the most snowy seasons Minnesota had on record and the sidewalk was always clear and parking on the street was just fine. Her son Philip will also be in contact with you and helps with everything and is very responsive and quick to respond. You will probably get to meet some of the family, but they were all super nice. You will not have to worry about privacy and the bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable bed, desk, and drawers to use. Free WiFi (Internet) works well to stream any TV or movies that you want to watch. This is a GREAT place to stay. You will not regret it! I only wish that I had a chance to stay during the warmer months, as it's only a few blocks away from the lakes and parks! Definitely book this place if you want a quiet, historic, and comfortable place!
