Not matching with what’s seen in the Airbnb photos. Have a nice beach view but not a beach house. And it’s not a private beach.

The property is bang on a clean beach with no people around. Can hear the sound of the waves from the balcony. Balcony is sea facing, so serene to relax. Walk a little distance and one can see fishing boats bringing the catch of the day. The white sand beach is flat so children can play in the shallow water under supervision, and collect sea shells.

Unfortunately this place is not to our liking. It is not to the level of luxury or quality advertised in your listing. Those are not high quality mattresses (I had asked you about that before booking). It was very uncomfortable last night, and I was also hot in the master bedroom. I dont think that old AC is strong enough for that large room. Plus there were no forks, just one spoon, scratched up nonstick pans, no real dryer, no king size top sheets, and bugs in the bathtub, stains on the walls etc. We decided to leave after the first night. I do not recommend it. Also, I had asked Santhosh if the problems noted by Puneet in his May 2023 review were addressed and he said they were but it was still very run down and needed a renovation (new wallpaper and curtains would be a good start). I also asked if there were real mattresses (like 6-8 inch hotel mattresses that are comfortable) vs. simple foam pads and he assured me there were. But no, just cheap uncomfortable ones. Not OK.
