Our family of 4 had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joyce’s because her place was exactly what we were looking for and because Joyce is an incredible host!! She was so easy to communicate with, friendly, and cared so much about trying to make everything as easy as possible for us (ie flexible with check-in and check-out) which means a lot for parents of 2 little ones!! We would love to come back again. Thank you!!

The place was exactly what we needed. Everyone felt at home and Joyce had very detailed instructions which helped prepare us. Location was great to getaway from the craziness of route one, but everything was within a short drive. Only things I wish it had a dishwasher and maybe two standard twin beds, instead of a trundle bed. However, we made everything work and we wish we could have stayed longer!

House is convenient to I-95 and RTE 1, beaches are only 10 minutes away. House was very clean and organized. Appreciated the kitchen items available for cooking as well as the games when we had a rainy night. Joyce was a good communicator and responsive when we had questions.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the retreat! Joyce was a great host who had everything waiting for us when we arrived- even cookies! Would definitely stay again, peaceful spot not far from everything we wanted, and she had all the things we normally would have to bring ourselves. We particularly loved the porch, and playing bird games out there! Thank you for letting us share your home 😎
