We had such a good time during our stay at this house! The back porch provided a place to enjoy fantastic views over the harbor and the beach in the back is nice for calm water and walking around. Some things to mention for future renters as a heads up: The couch was probably the number one thing that could be replaced. It is not usable as a pull out (unless you like sleeping with a bar in your back and no cushion. Classic old pull out couch problems) Only parking for two vehicles. There is a key rig AND a 5 pot mr. coffee machine in the house. There was actually an extra twin size mattress in the loft which we found useful since we couldn’t use pull out couch. Tv is small but who cares? You’re at the beach. Go outside:) The beach path is about 100 yards away but the walk down is longer so if you have elderly or people who can’t walk long distances you’re better off driving one minute down the road to the beach. There is an outside shower under the porch. If you have kids… this is the best thing ever. Overall a great place to stay. Prices are much more reasonable than other places in same area!
