Comfortable house for holiday rent in Tuscany in Ansedonia. The house is located on the top of a promontory surrounded by the sea, and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It's located 130 km away from Roma or Pisa. It allows you to easily visit the cities of Tuscany Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, garden and terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for people who want to relax and enjoy the sea, fresh seafood, sports, bike and trakking. WiFi included. rent a bike The house is small and it's easily manageable. It has a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Monte Argentario with a 180 degree view of the sea. It's immersed in a surreal silence but, at the same time, the place allows you to easily reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. The beaches or the rocks are reachable on foot from the house !! ( 7/10 minutes ). A 5-minute walk takes you to a small mini - market with a bar and restaurant where you can buy basic necessities, journals or cigarettes. it's possibl to rent a bike and go trought Feniglia to Porto Ercole or to swimm into the sea. Guests will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, patio with table and upon request, upon payment separately, reservation of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. (7/10 Minuten). Nach einem 5-minütigen Spaziergang gelangen Sie zu einem kleinen Minimarkt mit Bar und Restaurant, wo Sie Grundnahrungsmittel, Zeitschriften oder Zigaretten kaufen können.

La casa e il giardino sono veramente molto belli, ancora migliori rispetto alle foto di presentazione. L’arredamento è scelto con molto gusto e le terrazze offrono una vista spettacolare del mare. Preziosa anche l’opportunità di poter parcheggiare direttamente in giardino sotto un tendalino Siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia ed il nostro soggiorno è stato molto confortevole
Ruhige und schöne Lage in gepflegter Umgebung mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Monte Argentario. Geeigneter Ausgangspunkten für sportliche Aktivitäten. Ideale Unterkunft für zwei , max. 3 Personen. Gastgeber:in sind sehr zuvorkommend.
La villetta è situata nel bel paesino di Ansedonia, con una vista mare indimenticabile. E' fornita di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Abbiamo trascorso una decina di giorni qui, ma saremmo volentieri rimasti di più. Giusy è stata molto gentile, sempre disponibile a risolvere ogni tipo di problema. Lo consiglio vivamente.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful nature and other holiday homes. The view of the sea is beautiful and an absolute plus. Especially the view from the roof terrace is unbeatable. The garden is very beautiful and well kept. A gardener comes twice a week to water the plants. Besides beautiful flowers and olive trees, there are also many herbs and tomatoes that you can use for cooking. The house is lovely, clean and corresponds to the pictures. It is also an advantage that the car can be parked on the property. Unfortunately, we could not use the gas barbecue, but there is a small charcoal barbecue, which we used almost every evening. Communication with Guisy was easy. She always answered questions quickly. Checking in and out was uncomplicated. Guisy also gave us great restaurant and beach recommendations. In the heat, which was in July, it was too far for us to walk to the beaches. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the "Feniglia" and "Tagliata" beaches. There was plenty of parking there at a daily rate of 5 euros. However, we were there out of season. We would definitely come back again.
This place is a gem! We spent 10 days in Ansedonia and went on daily road bike rides, which had been our reason for choosing the Orbetello region. Great 35 to 40 mile loops. Luciano and Guisy's place is an ideal starting point. The house has everything you need. The description is totally accurate. A very well annointed supermarket, the COOP, is about 10 K away. Great garden, super views that are better than the pics in the listing, secure and comfy house. All great! We'll come back. Be prepared for mosquitoes if you like outdoor dinners, which are spectacular here. Safe parking inside of the property, and a veranda with a view to kill for. And a Weber grill, an extra fridge/freezer, and anything else you might need. One of our best Airbnb experiences ever.

Ansedonia can be reached by car from the airport of Pisa or from Rome.
The car is convenient and will allow you to quickly reach the Terme di Saturnia, or the two seaside towns of Monte Argentario: Porto Ercole or Porto Santo Stefano. Orvieto, Siena, Pisa, Florence can also be reached in a short time.Ansedonia is also well connected by train, which also allows you to reach cities such as Pisa, or by bus.
