Property not kept clean. Utensils were dirty. No AC in common room. CCTV camera was installed in common room. Wifi had speed cutdown limit in case you planning your trip during end of the month!

Very peaceful, spacious and stylish location by Boralesgamuwa Lake in Maharagama with plenty of places to eat just a short drive away. Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Thanks a lot to the owner, Prasanna, for the great hospitality.

Beautiful property in a very serene setting right in-front of the lake. So peaceful! The caretaker and the host are extremely hospitable and ensured that we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend staying here.
