It's always a pleasure to stay here. I come up to visit our daughter at UNC. This is 4 blocks from her dorm in a safe, pretty residential neighborhood, 100+ year old home. This time I stayed in the Garden room. It's on the 2nd floor along with two other bedrooms with shared bathroom. It's very clean, cozy and relaxing. It has two windows, comfy bed, chair/desk, rocker, radiator heat and a portable heater if needed, lock on the door, no TV. They also offer one room en suite, on the ground floor, side addition, where I've stayed before with TV, microwave, small fridge and private entrance. For the other 3 rooms with the shared, full bath, one can mark off their morning time for the bathroom in 20 minute intervals if desired. It was a full house when I stayed, and it wasn't an issue. The main floor has a shared living area. One can relax in the backyard as well. They provide coffee and snacks in the AM. The place is warm and inviting, a nice respite, super hosts.

Larry and Kristi were great host! easy check-in and they made me feel at home. They were always quick to respond to any questions. They had breakfast items and coffee ready in the morning which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

Really lovely true B&B experience. Larry and Kristi were wonderful hosts, making the check in process very easy, and they had little breakfast items available in the mornings, which was perfect for us since we were leaving early in the mornings while staying. Just very homey and felt cared for!

We enjoyed our stay with Larry and Kristi! Amazing attention to detail and had everything we needed and more! In the morning, great selection of food items and a wonderful surprise to find coffee was already brewed! Thank you!
